A month after my 18th birthday, I signed up to take the basic theory test. It’s almost 3 years already and I have yet to enrol myself into driving school. I am so bloody sick of taking the MRT during the evening peak period. If the Singapore Sports Council is short of sprinters, they should send their talent scouts to Jurong East MRT station between 6-730pm. At every 2 minutes or so interval, there will be a bunch of people making a dash towards the train in the middle platform. I’m sure the scouts can find a few promising sprinters so that we wouldn’t need to import our athletes.

My gold flip flops came AND THEY’RE A SIZE TOO BIG. God damn. But, I managed to sell it off for the same price I got it AND I found someone willing to sell a brand new pair in my size but in silver for $12.  So it evens out and I get a bit of retail high, not enough to spur me on to do my assignments but enough to make me think about doing it. I’m exhausted just thinking about the amount of work waiting for me. 2 long essays, 2 short essays, 1 stupid bio assignment and 1 presentation due. I need a holiday.
